Overview:
As the Leader of Revenue Operations, you will champion consistent and scalable growth, while fostering a culture of collaboration and empathy. Your focus will be on aligning OctoML’s go-to-market operations, systems, and data throughout the entire revenue journey.

As the lead administrator for our go-to-market tools, you won't just ensure effective software usage, but you'll also promote understanding and collaboration across teams. Your leadership in shaping and optimizing commercial processes will stretch across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. By nurturing an inclusive and communicative environment, you'll drive our mission of an efficient customer experience and accelerated revenue growth.

Data-driven insights is very important, but equally, understanding the human element behind the data will be crucial. You'll be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and presenting data from various touch-points like in-product usage, marketing campaigns, and customer interactions. In doing so, your reporting will not only serve to inform our functional and executive teams but also resonate with our investor board by emphasizing the people behind our numbers.

We are enthusiastic about this search as it is a pivotal role in maintaining synergy between Sales and Marketing. 

Responsibilities:

    • Own OctoML’s Sales and Marketing operations and be the lead administrator of the tools in our go-to-market stack. 
    • Ensure our team uses best-in-class software to its fullest potential. 
    • Take lead in establishing, measuring, and optimizing our commercial processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. 
    • Enable us to function as a well-oiled unit to deliver an efficient customer journey and accelerate the revenue cycle.
    • Data capture, flow, and analysis will be a core discipline in your role as a successful RevOps Leader. 
    • Architect and orchestrate data wherever it intersects with the revenue cycle: In-product usage, marketing campaigns, sales activity, or customer support.
    • Create reporting will serve functional and executive teams as well as our investor board.

Ideal Experience:

    • 8+ years of experience in a go-to-market operations role at a fast-growing software company with 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations.
    • Expert at working hand-in-hand with Sales Leadership and salespeople to define and optimize process, tools, and reporting.
    • Proven experience as a super admin of a wide variety of go-to-market tools: CRM, marketing and sales automation, ETL, and more.
    • Multiple experiences architecting, optimizing, and maintaining data pipelines, and you are highly skilled with data warehouses and querying.
    • Expert at presenting data to tell a story about the business's current state and its greatest improvement opportunities.
    • Experience working cross-functional across multiple different organizations.
    • Excellent communication skills and a passion to educate, motivate, and align teams to align to your vision.
$175,000 - $230,000 a year
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at OctoML. In accordance with pay transparency laws, OctoML is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity. This is a reasonable estimate of the current salary range. We expect most candidates to fall in the middle of the range. We also believe that your personal needs and preferences should be taken into consideration, so we allow some choice between equity and cash.

About the Role:
We are seeking a user-focused Frontend Engineer to play crucial role in our marketing team. Your main responsibility will be collaborating on the development, deployment, and maintenance of our marketing website, doc site, and interactive demos. You will be instrumental in creating engaging product demos that will showcase what is possible with OctoAI compute services. Your work will be seen at conferences, sales presentations, webinars, and other events to tell our product story to a diverse audience of founders and technical leaders. This role requires a strong understanding of modern frontend technologies, frameworks, and libraries, such as React, as well as the ability to create visually compelling and user-centric digital experiences that effectively convey our brand's message and product offerings to a highly technical buyer.

Responsibilities:

    • Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including conception, design, development, testing, and deployment of marketing websites and interactive demos.
    • Transform UI/UX designs into fully functional web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+, along with frameworks like React.js

About the role:
We are on the lookout for a Head of Finance who can forge productive and proactive relationships across all OctoML departments, supporting our executive team and CEO. This pivotal role involves providing strategic financial guidance, spearheading financial research initiatives, and forecasting future financial needs, all while embracing cost-saving measures. You’ll stand at the helm of the Finance function, guiding executive leaders on budgeting and fund management to foster OctoML’s ongoing growth and success.

Responsibilities:

    • Create and oversee financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Analyze financial performance comparing budget to actual and providing insights, data and KPIs to executive leaders as the lead strategic finance business partner to the company.
    • Prepare and present accurate financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance. 
    • Oversee financial and accounting operations ensuring as the company scales that the financial statements are presented in accordance with GAAP in preparation for an eventual independent financial statement audit.

About the role:
We are looking for an extraordinarily talented individual to join our world-class sales team. The Strategic Account Executive will be a foundational member of the team, responsible for driving new customer acquisition and establishing and nurturing a strong pipeline of the fastest growing Generative AI and Enterprise accounts in the US market. As a Strategic Account Executive you must be highly driven, while also showing integrity and high emotional intelligence. We are looking for a self-starter with exceptional executive presence. You have to be able to manage a broad territory and be able to skillfully run the entire sales process from end-to-end, backed by a team of Generative AI experts.

What you will be doing:

    • Work closely with a large list of strategic prospect accounts, utilizing a consultative approach to identify pain points and challenges that OctoML’s compute service, OctoAI, can help solve.  
    • Manage a sales pipeline and process from initial outreach to presentation, negotiation, and close.
    • Identify and build relationships with economic champions / buyers within major accounts and position OctoML’'s value proposition to the appropriate lines of business and technical teams.
    • Collaborate with Sales Development and Marketing teams to drive leads and account activity, as well as with our Pre-sales engineers to create customized sales presentations and tailored financial models
    • Provide field analysis and feedback internally to help shape sales collateral and longer term expansion planning.
    • Build a strong understanding of the Generative AI industry, including but not limited to image and video generation, text generation, audio generation, and familiarity with the technology ecosystem.
    • Represent OctoML at industry events and sales meetings with key Generative AI companies in North America.

What we look for :

    • High integrity and passion for winning.
    • Minimum of 5 years as a top quota carrying direct sales executive, with a track record of outperforming targets and annual quotas.
    • Proven success in selling innovative solutions/services to hyper growth start-ups/ large enterprises is a must; with a focus on AI Solutions (analytics, platforms, data, infrastructure, AppDev and/or technology solutions) highly preferred.
    • Demonstrated success in target account selling in a multi-regional capacity across North America.
    • The ability to build strong relationships, as demonstrated through prior experience prospecting and leveraging industry contacts to develop and close new businesses.
    • Experience in a fast-paced startup, with the ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment.
    • Exceptional professional presence, with outstanding presentation and communication skills.

About the role:
OctoML is looking for a Director of Sales Engineering/Systems Engineering (SE) to lead our SE team. You’ll be reporting to our Chief Business Officer and partnering with our Director of Sales to drive customer adoption of our GenAI infrastructure/SaaS solution. Collectively you will work with cross functional leaders to enrich customer engagement through a technical selling process that your team will continually refine to be repeatable and more scalable. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent to join the team as an SE. You will be focused on executing quarterly and annually to sales goals established as part of GTM leadership and finding creative ways to add value to our customers in the sales cycle and over time.

You’ll be the leader and manager of the team and you’ll be expected to think 12+ months out about your team with a clear business plan, the KPIs that your team is aligned with and be flexible to work with cross functional leaders in achieving these goals. About the role:
