The ideal data science candidate is a motivated and skilled professional with a strong background in quantitative disciplines such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics. They possess a deep understanding of data analysis techniques, machine learning, and statistical modeling. This candidate is adept at translating complex data into actionable insights, displaying proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and has a proven track record of solving real-world problems using data-driven approaches. Additionally, they exhibit effective communication skills and can collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive impactful business outcomes.

The work you will do:

    • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of business processes and data needs, enabling the design and application of advanced analytics solutions for optimization.
    • Design, develop, evaluate, and implement predictive modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions.
    • Utilize data visualization techniques to succinctly present insights, predictions, and analytical outcomes to diverse audiences.
    • Contribute to the discovery of novel statistical methods, technologies, and design patterns.
    • Collaborate closely with machine learning engineers to facilitate development, experimentation, and continuous integration of ML Models.
    • Engage in cross-functional teamwork with business SMEs, analysts, data engineers, architects, DBAs, and infrastructure specialists to create and deliver advanced analytic solutions.
    • Comprehensively document requirements, assumptions, methodologies, and strategies, including validation, testing, and implementation plans.
    • Ensure adherence to established coding and ML standards, and actively engage with source control and change management processes.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of approved enterprise technology and the ML stack.

The skills and qualifications you need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a closely related field within Computer Science (or equivalent).
    • 1+ year(s) of hands-on experience utilizing machine learning to enhance business outcomes, including a strong grasp of methods, design, building, testing, and implementation.
    • 1+ year(s) of practical involvement with Database Management Systems, Data Lakes, and cloud-based ML Ecosystems like Spark or Azure Databricks.
    • Understanding and hands-on experience with advanced statistics and contemporary machine learning predictive techniques
    • Familiarity with data modeling tailored for advanced analytics.
    • Ability to actively contribute to the development of machine learning models.
    • Possess an intermediate level of knowledge and practical use of modern data science languages, such as Python, SQL, R, Scala, and more.

The ideal machine learning engineer candidate is a highly motivated individual with a strong foundation in computer science and a focus on machine learning. They possess a deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles. This candidate is skilled in developing and deploying machine learning models, with expertise in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. They are capable of optimizing and fine-tuning models for performance and scalability, and they exhibit effective problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

The work you will do:

    • Become a part of an accomplished team dedicated to crafting ML solutions for intricate healthcare challenges.
    • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and technical teams to enhance the delivery of ML systems.
    • Monitor model performance, suggest remedies, and ensure comprehensive code coverage.
    • Stay informed about the latest ML advancements, techniques, open-source tools, and cloud offerings.
    • Play a role in complete AI/ML projects, steering successful business outcomes and transitioning models to production.
    • Lead the design and implementation of the MLOps framework, while spearheading pipeline construction.
    • Utilize contemporary software engineering methods to create and implement scalable AI/ML systems.

The skills and qualifications you need:

    • 5+ years of experience with Database Management Systems, Data Lakes, and cloud-based ML Ecosystems such as Spark or Databricks.
    • Excel in preventing ML-system anti-patterns and reducing dependencies during design and execution.

    • Exhibit a passion for pioneering ML solutions within a business environment.
